Returns:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for used engines only within 30 days of the purchase date, provided the engine has been installed and tested in accordance with proper procedures and the issue is confirmed to be related to a defect in the engine itself, not installation errors.
- Condition: The engine must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with all original packaging and documentation. Any damage or alterations to the engine will void the return.
- Shipping: Free.
Refunds:
- Refund Processing: Once the returned engine is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
Exceptions:
- Damaged or Defective Parts: If the engine is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
- Misordered Parts: We will assist in correcting any misorders, but the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Important Notes:
- No Refunds for Labor Costs: NJ Global Auto Parts is not responsible for any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of the engine.
