About the CP4 Fuel Pump
LML trucks use a Bosch CP4 high-pressure pump, and failures on these trucks have been widely reported. When a CP4 fails it can send metal through the whole fuel system. If your old engine died that way, the tank, lines, rails and filters need cleaning or replacing before the new engine goes in, or the debris will damage it too.
